How to change the texture of your foundation

Tip: Use face oil to change the texture of your foundation. 

The trend right now is dewy, fresh, light, natural makeup. If you have a thicker or matte finish foundation, do not throw it out. You can repurpose it. 

You will need the following items:

• Matte or Thicker Foundation
• Facial Oil
• Angled Stippling Brush

STEP 1: Add Facial Oil to Foundation

Open the foundation. Add several drops of oil (Marlena loves The Ordinary - Rose Hip Oil). 

STEP 2: Replace the lid and shake 

STEP 3: Apply Foundation

Using an Angled Stippling Brush, apply the foundation. This will give you a dewy finish and gives you an on trend, fresh look.
