Bright & Wide Awake Eyes

Tip: Make your eyes look bright and wide open using eyeshadows 2 shades lighter than your skin tone. 

 

You will need the following items:  

  • Small Flat Shader Brush
  • Light Shimmer Eyeshadow (2 shades lighter than your skin tone)
  • Light Matte Eyeshadow (2 shades lighter than your skin tone)
  • Fluffy Brush - favorite one to use under the eyes
  • Eyelash Curler
  • Your Favorite Mascara
  • Nude Eyeliner (optional)

STEP 1: Apply light shimmery eyeshadow

Using a Small Flat Shader Brush, apply a light shimmery eyeshadow (2 shades lighter than your skin tone) to the inner corner of your eye.

STEP 2: Apply a light matte eyeshadow

Using a Fluffy Brush, apply a light matte eyeshadow (2 shades lighter than your skin tone) underneath your eye. This should be a small layer of powder to lighten this area a bit.

STEP 3: Curl your lashes and apply mascara

Curl your lashes to lift your eyes and make them look more awake. Apply a few coats of a good mascara.

STEP 4: Apply a new eyeliner (optional)

Apply a nude eyeliner pencil to your waterline.
