Fuller Looking Lips
Tip: To make lips look fuller, slightly outline the lip line and apply gloss. The gloss reflects light, giving a fuller look to the lips.
STEP 1:
Use a lip liner to line slightly outside the lips. Not halfway down your chin just outside the line where it is still connected to your lips.

STEP 2:
Blend in the Lip Liner to your foundation using a blending sponge.
STEP 3:
Apply a light colored lip gloss. Gloss always makes your lips look fuller because of the shine.
