Catching Fire Photo Tutorial
This sizzling look shows off the Makeup Geek x MannyMUA Palette in a red hot kind of way! The deep red crease and smoked out lower lash line balance out the neutral lid to create a result with all the right elements. Finish off the fire-inspired look with a pair of fluttery false lashes!

BRUSHES USED:
- Makeup Geek’s Pointed Crease Brush
- Makeup Geek’s Soft Dome Brush
- Makeup Geek’s Pencil Brush
- Makeup Geek’s Defined Crease Brush
- Makeup Geek’s Small Crease Brush
- Makeup Geek’s Bent Liner Brush
- A flat stiff brush (Like MAC’s 239)
STEP 1:
- Place a piece of scotch tape to the corner of the eye flowing your lower lash line, this will give the shadow a cleaner, more dramatic edge
- With a small crease brush, buff Mars into the crease
STEP 2:
Blend Sora just above Mars with a soft dome brush, making sure to blend out any harsh lines
STEP 3:
With a defined crease brush sweep Aphrodite into the crease to add dimension
STEP 4:
- Pat Artemis all over the mobile lid with a flat stiff brush, keeping the line between Artemis & the crease shades crisp
- Extend Artemis into the inner corner of the eye
STEP 5:
- Withe a bent liner brush and Immortal, line the upper & lower lash line, creating a wing at the outer corner and a beak at the inner corner
- Run Immortal along the lower water line
STEP 6:
With a clean defined crease brush, blend Mars onto the lower lash line slightly blending out the Immortal
STEP 7:
Smudge Insomnia along the lower lash line with a pencil brush and very slightly diffuse with a defined crease brush
STEP 8:
Apply a set of false lashes and your favorite lower mascara and you’re all set!
