Salsa Dance
We all dream of dancing the night away! Salsa Dance is a beautiful Halo Technique that adds a litte fire to any outfit. This look features Honey Badger, Hot Tamale, Legend, Give Me The Dirt, and Plumeria.
Step 1
Apply Plumeria Eyeliner Pencil all over the lid. Use a stiff flat brush to buff the color out and lay it down as a base.
Step 2
Using a crease brush, apply Honey Badger to the crease and blend slightly upward.
Step 3
Using a small dome brush, apply Hot Tamale to the lower lash-line and blend slightly to avoid harsh lines.
Step 4
Using a small pencil brush, apply Give Me The Dirt to the outer 1/3 of the upper and lower lash-line (really close to the lashes) and smudge slightly.
Step 5
Using a flat brush, apply Legend to the center of your lid.
