Brighten Your Eyes

Tip: If your eyes are red, use a blue eyeliner in the waterline to make your eyes look whiter.

Step 1: Select a blue eyeliner

Step 2: Apply blue eyeliner on the lower waterline.

The blueness of the eyeliner make the whites of your eyes appear a bit brighter and whiter.
