Using a Crease Brush, apply Eternally Grapeful to the outer 1/2 of your lid. Blend slightly into the crease to avoid any harsh lines.

Using the same Crease Brush, apply Lavender Dreams into the crease. Blend upwards slighty to avoid any harsh lines.

Using a Flat Shader Brush, apply Mystical to the inner 1/2 of the lid.

Using a Gel, Liquid, or Pencil Liner and a Bent Liner Brush create a winged liner shape.

You can add Corrupt over the top to help deepen and blend this a bit.
