Let's get wicked this Halloween with the Toil & Trouble Mini Palette! This cauldron green inspired Halo, Smoky Eye is perfect for all your Wicked and Wonderful Looks! Featuring Olive You, Illuminaughty, Epic, Enchanted Forest and Obsidian.
Step 1
Using a Flat Shader Brush, apply Enchanted Forest to the outer and inner 1/3 of the lid. Blend slightly into the crease to avoid any harsh lines.
Step 2
Using a Crease Brush, apply Olive You to the crease. Blend slightly upwards to avoid harsh lines.
Step 3
Using a Flat Shader Brush, apply Illuminaughty to the center of the lid.
Step 4
Using a Pencil or Smudger Brush, apply Epic to the lower lash-line. Blend slighlty to avoid any harsh lines.
Step 5
Apply Obsidian Eyeliner Pencil to the waterline.
