Ice Queen Makeup Tutorial

Be the queen of the party and capture the true essence of a Fantasy Ice Queen! Featuring Tenacious, Indestructible, Gunmetal Eyeliner, Elegant, Invincible, Courageous, Milky Way, Celestial, and Backstage. 

EYES:

STEP 1:

Blend the Power Pigment in Tenacious all over the crease and lower lash line.

STEP 2:

Take the Power Pigment in Indestructible to accentuate the inner corner and lower lash line.

STEP 3:

Create a cut crease with the Retractable Eyeliner in Gunmetal and set with the Sparkler in Milky Way including the entire lid.

STEP 4:

Apply the Retractable Eyeliner in Gunmetal to the lower waterline.

STEP 5:

Finally apply Elegant Lashes to complete the eye.

BROWS:

STEP 1: Take the Retractable Eyeliner in Gunmetal and Sparkler in Milky Way to fill in your eyebrows.

FACE:

STEP 1:

Take the Power Pigments in Tenacious and Invincible to contour the temples, cheekbones, chin, and nose.

STEP 2:

Using the Highlighter in Celestial and Signature Eyeshadow in Stardust to highlight the top of the cheekbones, bridge and tip of the nose, and the chin.

STEP 3:

To create a crown, use Power Pigments in Invincible, Indestructible, Tenacious, and Courageous to create lines that cross.

Step 4:

Apply the Retractable Eyeliner in Gunmetal to create more lines for the crown and set with the Sparkler in Milky Way.

LIPS:

STEP 1: Apply the Foiled Lip Gloss in Backstage all over the lips to complete the look.
