RETURN POLICY

Makeup Geek accepts returns on a case by case basis for orders purchased within the U.S. at www.makeupgeek.com. All international sales are final. If you purchased a Makeup Geek item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

If you purchased a product online and it is damaged during shipping or you received the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service Team within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

 

FOR U.S. ORDERS

Makeup Geek accepts returns on a case by case basis for orders purchased at www.makeupgeek.com.  Please contact Makeup Geek customer service at customerservice@makeupgeek.com prior to returning any items. When returning your item, please send in proper packaging, preferably it’s original.  Please do not send returns in an envelope.  We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it back at our store for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.

When you return your purchase to Makeupgeek.com by mail within 14 days of receiving your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 60 days.

 

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, we cannot offer merchandise exchanges or returns on orders shipped internationally from www.makeupgeek.com. Please contact Makeup Geek customer service at customerservice@makeupgeek.com for any questions or concerns.
