3 ways to wear Eyeliner Pencils

Tip: Get the most use out of your Eyeliner Pencils by using them on the waterline, under the lower lash-line, or on your lips. 

THREE WAYS TO WEAR:

#1: Apply on the waterline

Apply a Nude Eyeliner Pencil to the waterline. This will open the eyes making them appear brighter and more awake. 

#2: Apply under the lower lash-line

Apply Ultramarine Eyeliner Pencil under the lower lash-line. Using a Smudger Brush, blend this out slightly to avoid any harsh lines. This is a great way to incorporate a pop of color into your looks. 

#3: Apply as a lip liner

Apply Plumeria to the lips as a liner. Then take your favorite lip color and fill in your lips.
