Meals to Lose Weight by: Mexican Salad

Ingredients:

  • Romain Lettuce
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Yellow Bell Pepper  (or red)
  • Tomatoes
  • Green Onions
  • Corn
  • Kidney Beans
  • Ground Turkey flavored with taco seasoning (Optional)

Dressing:

  • Lighthouse Lite Salsa Ranch
  • Salsa
My daily meal plan includes a salad everyday for either lunch or dinner. BUT to stick with your healthy lifestyle, you have to switch it up and eat different salads each day so you don’t get bored.  I’ll do a few more videos soon on some other great salads :)

Here’s some key ingredients I always keep on hand to make some yummy salads!
  • shredded carrots
  • mushrooms
  • kidney or black beans
  • garbanzo beans
  • shredded rotisserie chicken
  • crunched baked tortilla chips
  • finely chopped green onions (not as strong as the regular onions)
  • shredded cabbage
  • walnuts
