Halloween Makeup: Moulin Rouge

The Moulin Rouge is a cabaret that opened in 1889 in Paris’s “Red Light District”. The Moulin Rouge features exotic young dancers and is known as the birthplace of the can-can. The iconic place who’s name means “Red Mill”, because of the distinctive red wind mill that sits a top the roof, has inspired artist and movie makers alike. This unique look is known for it’s bold red lips and striking eyes and now you can feel like part of the sexy Paris cabaret scene with this smoldering Halloween look.
