Colorful Spring/Summer Makeup

Hello Makeup Geeks! Today I have a beautiful summer look for you using some blues, greens and even some pinks. I will also give you some alternatives to make this look more wearable if you don’t want to wear this much color. I really wanted to do something with a fun glitter on the middle of eye, something fresh and spring inspired. I will also be using one of my new pigments on the center of the eye so you will get the first look at these amazing pigments!

So let’s begin on this cool spring look. :-)

Beautiful look! I’ve been looking for a purple look for my sister’s wedding in August and I think this is it!

What a gorgeous look Marlena, fun and gorgeous colours together. I have blue eyes but I think I might be able to pull this off, minus the green, which I would substitute for brown. Good to see the MUG shadows getting some exposure too, love seeing them being used. Thank you x

What brushes are you using in this tutorial?? I really want them :D xxxx You look stunning marlena as always! xxxx

Love this! I would love to see looks using exclusively MUG products! They are so amazing!

I love this eyeshadow look, the use of colours are fantastic and perfect for spring/summer. My tip, if you are using several eyeshadows make sure you use an eye primer, this will make application easier and ensure longevity. For more tips go to

This is a great look that’s playful without looking clownish. Great job Marlena, love your videos.

One question I had as I was watching the video – how do you prevent your eyeshadow from dropping underneath your eyes? I always have trouble with my eyeshadows, especially the shimmery ones, dropping underneath my eyes as I’m applying to my lid.

I use ELF’s eyelid primer and I usually just place a tissue underneath my eye as I’m doing my eye makeup. But I was just wondering if you had any tips on this?

This makeup look is so pretty! But what nail polish color are you wearing? It’s so gorgeous I couldn’t stop looking at your nails in this tutorial :)
