Fire and Ice Photo Tutorial

You’re hot then you’re cold…no need to choose between warm and cool toned shades when you can rock ‘em all in one! Opposites attract in this perfectly paired creation—follow the step-by-step photo tutorial to get the look!

  • Makeup Geek Eyeshadow in Poppy
  • Makeup Geek Foiled Eyeshadow in Pegasus
  • Makeup Geek Foiled Eyeshadow in Center Stage
  • Makeup Geek Full Spectrum Eye Liner Pencil in Cobalt
  • Makeup Geek Sparkler in Solar Flare
  • Makeup Geek Sparkler in Light Year

BRUSHES USED:

  • Makeup Geek’s Outer V Brush 
  • Makeup Geek’s Defined Crease Brush
  • Makeup Geek’s Pointed Crease Brush
  • Makeup Geek’s Pencil Brush
  • A flat stiff brush (Like MAC’s 239)

STEP 1

Using a pointed crease brush, sweep Chickadee into the crease

STEP 2

Create dimension by adding Poppy deeper into the crease with a defined crease brush

STEP 3

Apply your favorite glitter primer all over the lid, then gently pat Solar Flare over it using a flat stiff brush

STEP 4

  • With a pencil brush, smudge Center Stage along the outer half of the lower lash line, creating a wing at the outer corner
  • Wipe off the brush and use it to apply Pegasus along the inner half of the lower lash line, blending the two shades together in the center
  • Run Cobalt along your lower water line

STEP 5

Highlight the inner corner by adding a small amount of Light Year with an over v brush

STEP 6

Apply your favorite mascara and wispy lashes to complete the look
