I’m sohcked that the HD make up made you feel oily! i have VERY oily and break out prone skin and i LOVED it. i went into my sephoria and they put it on me and my skin felt so soft and smooth! i felt like i didn’t even have makeup on yet gave me the coverage that i needed! i am SO buying it for my wedding make up! did you use the micro podwer with it?

I already have the book of shadows and I hadn’t tried that color combo yet. You’re right, there are a ton of shimmery ones, but I just use matte colors from my other collections to compliment them. I love the shimmer just on the lid. Great, easy breazy tutorial

HI Marlena I`m so glad your doing tutorials with the book of shadows! Please keep it up I just purchased many more UD shades and I love the different ideas you present! BTW I am now strictly TRYING TO BUY ONLY UD NO MAC! For all you girls that look forward to doing the back to mac program when you depot BEWARE!! IF you dont return them whole(we all throw out the burnt parts after depotting ) they will not accept them and let you use your empty shadows for recycle. Yesterday after over an hour drive and depotting 30 shades to recycle they informed me of the changed rules! ARGHHH! I would think with the economy the way it is expensive makeup counters would go out of their way to do little things to show appreciation so the customer walks away with a good feeling justifying the high cost. Sephora had great sales, terrific samples,excellent customer service and spending rewards which made me look at other companies and ask myself who I’d rather spend my hard earned money with.

I don’t actually have any urban decay or MAC products, but I somehow always manage to find something on the 88 colour pallette to at least attempt to pull your looks off!
Maybe I should start getting my wallet out more haha!
