Recently we ask our wonderful Makeup Geeks to vote on which celebrity look they would like to see. The winner was Salma Hayek, her stunning, classy looks are amazing and easy to recreate. This will be something simple that will be great for work as it doesn’t take a long time or a lot of products to do, yet still looks very polished and classic. Salma is known for her not so made up makeup look, even on days when she rocks the red carpet. You may find the only difference will be red lips as opposed to her ususal pink tinted lip. This makes her look easy to take from day to night just by adding a touch of your favorite red color to your lips. Perfect on a day when you don’t have a lot of time or want something simple yet striking, this look is sure to become a fast favorite. So pull out all your favorite makeup goodies and let’s get started on this look!

Gorgeous look Marlena and love the colour combinations are lovely. After watching your recent reviews I can’t wait to get the Too Faced lipsticks, though I recently got the MUG ones too and they are fantastic. Loving your videos and products, thank you so much

Hi Marlena! Thank you so much for always giving us such great tutorials and advice, I’ve learnt so much from you and for that I’m really grateful! Could you please do tutorials using Sleek Palettes, they are amazing and I know you would make wonderful looks using them :) lots of love from South Africa…

Such a pretty look! Thanks so much for doing a great work look.
Do you have the too faced return of sexy palette?? I was wondering if you could do a look with that?

Hi Marlena,
Thank you for simple and nice look.
Can I ask you what’s your nail polish please, I love the color!
By the way I’m from France and I loved your collaboration with Hélène:)

Another great tutorial, thanks! But it would be great if you could move your hair from your face especially from the eye where you actually show how to apply the makeup, it really disturbs :)

I love Salma Hayek makeup and I like your tutorial as well Marlena! Stay pretty! :-) I want to share some good beauty blog info also, /www.myairbrushmakeupreviews.com and howto-applyeyeliner.com/

Ok guys is there something wrong with my computer or my eyes because this doesn’t look “brown” to me, it looks grayish. Am I going crazy? Maybe I need to fix my computer settings. I mean I LOVE this look and that is why I’m trying to recreate it but I can’t figure it out, because it looks like the lid color is a grayish brown to me and the coco puff color is like super brown not grayish at all. Thanks for any feedback on helping me figure this out.
