Hello again . . . Running out of expletives . .. How many ways can you say great, fantastic and brilliant. Loving the studio, what a brilliant idea to move rooms what else do you do but sleep. Keep up the great work and if your going to paris how about stopping over in the UK on the way back, would love to meet you.

Hey Marlena! I just want to thank you for teaching me how to do my make-up im only 15 and youve taught me everything i need to know! ive been watching your videos for a while and they are amazing! You are so beautiful and thank you for helping me to feel more beautiful and confident with myself.

Wow! Your so amazing! I have been so inspired by you and I’m not a makeup artist. I want to be one now :) Thank you fo all that you do. Your bloopers reminded me of the blooper real from the Coastal Scents video whwre the woman was showing how to pack pigments. You should watch it, she did exactly what you did…pretty funny!

ha you’re so funny but this look is gorgeous !! you look really gorgeous. I do have a question, maybe not about this video, but if you’re wearing a red dress, all red, what kind of makeup would you reccomend ?

Great as always Marlena! Love the bloopers at the end! =) Been having a rough day with the kids since it’s deary and rainy outside and needed a good laugh. Thanks so much for brighting up my day. =)

Best regards,

OMG !!
You are really an amazing make up artist ! Thanks to you, I`m getting better in trying out new ways to combine colours and so on !! A BIG thank you !! Love your looks !! Keep up the good work !! Julie

I am African American and would like to try this look. I am a MAC “devotee”. I have most of the colors and brushes with the exception of naked lunch and brule. I do not believe the naked lunch would work on my skin tone. What other substitute colors would you recommend? My “complexion” eyelid color is Saddle (MAC).

Your wonderful. Thx

Hi Marlena: I simply love yoor studio, its beautifully decorated, looks very cozy & neat its just wonderful, I also want to thank you for sharing your knowledge in make-up I learn a lot from you. I watch you every day. Thanks again & don”t stop your geat work. Love uou very much. Bye Berthy

That’s gorgeous, I’m going to give it a go. I don’t have those colours but I’m going to play with what I’ve got in my 88 palette and see if I can match the look.

Thanks Marlena. I’ve been waiting for this tutorial for a long time. I really like it. Merci Beaucoup. Alina from Montreal.

I love every look you do! This one is amazing, I am an aspiring makeup artist, and look to your website for new ideas, and knowledge. Thank you!!!

Hi Sara :)

I wore the lipstick that the MAC face chart said to use- Viva Glam V (the one that she was promoting), but from the picture above, it looks more like Blankety to me….

I adore your videos just like everyone else here, and I don’t always comment becuz most folks have said it all for me… but your videos are just getting better & better! I LOVED your bloopers at the end (LOL)- nice touch! This look is really nice on you, BTW. I wish I could get Naked Lunch to show up that gorgeous on my lids! Even when I pack it, U can’t really see it on me for some reason. (I am NW20, so it’s not like I’m dark-skinned.) I just use it as a brow highlighter most of the time. Anyway, again… GREAT VIDEO! ?

I have watched several of your tutorial’s now, having recently finished all of Panacea81’s aka Lauren Luke’s videos. I can’t believe how totally intriguing these makeup and hair tutorials are. I hate most tv, but love this….weird…lol. Your new room is fab, black and pink being my fav colors as well and this video by far opened me up to your personality which til now was more hmm instructional than fun. This video paired both beautifully and I really really loved the look and loved it on you. I will be trying it out hopefully soon.

God bless and thanks for sharing your knowledge and life,
Julieann

Makeup is so FUN don’t you just LLOOVVEE it

Ashley

I loooove all your make-up tutorials & I’ve tried many of them out . But , I am having problems with how it turns out because (for one thing , I am not as great as you are at applying make-up ) & I am ASIAN , and you know how it is with the monolid and all . Well , my eyes aren’t neccessarily small but the way that they are , it makes it hard for me to look decent in any of the make-up I try . Do you have any suggestions ?

I LOVE THIS LOOK!
and the blooper :)
by far, my favorite tutorial.
lol.

peace&love,
