Jou are great
Guys, here in UK you can find Barry M at Superdrug and it’s £4,40! Really good price!
Gorgeous as always, Marlena
So lovely! My favourite look till now!!! Thank you so much…
You are so inspiring. I love the new looks you create. I haven’t worn makeup very much in years and now I use your looks and love it.
Really pretty Marlena. I have one question for you. I’ve seen you mention before to use the light shadow under the eyes “to clean them up” when you do a dark smokey eye. I am 53 and I find that the shadow accentuates my fine lines under the eye. Can you suggest another product that would be creamier and not sink into the lines to acheive this same purpose. Thanks, love your looks and always enjoy watching your tutuorials.
Andrea

Oh I LOVE this one! You blend so good! Thanks so much for pinning your hair back I could see everything so much better! Now I’m totally going to start looking at candy wrappers another way! I can’t wait to see more in this series!
So SWEET this look is great! I cant wait for more candy inspired looks. Maybe something PINK?
Ha! The music was used in “The World Ends With You”. At first I thought I was just imagining it, but when the lyrics kicked in…
Ahem, geekiness aside; love the look! I’m on a big green and brown kick, so this is perfect.
lovely color combo! i have a question, the stiff dome brush, which are u using? please
Nice look! You look fab. Thanks for the tips. -Ashlee
The Bourjoius mascara brush is the same as MAC’s Plush Lash. I’ll never be without it. Love the look!
You made me wanna go out and get some candy lol Beautiful look!!
Love this new look and all of your tutorials! So nice to know I’m not the only “Make Up Geek” out there.
You mentioned at the beginning of the tutorial that your were going to be working with Eric Lei 777 for the next few tutorials and would put a link to her site on the side bar….I didn’t see it. Am I missing something?
Thanks for all you do. Look forward to all your tutorials and tell those who supply my habit (all the girls at the make-up counter in Macy’s and Norstrom) about all the wonderful things you have on-line.
Keep up the great work!
Marlena, you incorporated my two favourite things, chocolate & make-up, this is a truly inspired look, thanks!!!
I loveeeeee this make up!!!
you are the best!
Marlena–will you be starting to carry Barry M products in the store? That would be great if you can manage that.
I love this look! I tried this look with mac aquadisiac and twinks and it looks great! I think it is so creative to do a candy series. Way to go Marlena! You’re awesome.
churakagi –
The pencil brush Marlena used in her video is the MAC 219 brush. Essence of Beauty which is sold in drugstores like CVS, makes a Crease Duo Brush set that contains a brush similar to the 219 and costs a lot less.
Dear Marlena! how always beautyfull! Ps. Do you know that you channel on you tubr visit over 2,5 million People?! I’m happy that I’m one of those

You look absolutely stunning as usual, I love the minty green so beautiful
Hi
I have a dark part under my eyes, I want your help to hide them by make up or remove them by something useful, could you tell me
Thanks
Love your site
To the person who asked: The stiff brush she used was MAC’s 217. For the fluffier one, she just used a fluffy dome brush. I use MAC’s 224 to clean up.
CUte look! Who is Erica Leigh 777?
Love the site!
Love it Marlena! by the way….who takes all the pics you post? you come out so nice. i always try to do my makeup and take pics but they dont look as great as yours
I love it. You make it so easy to do it
Hi Marlene
would it be possible if you could give the names of brushes such as;the number and what make it is on your list please? as you have with the others.
Thanks in advance
I love this look! I tired it at home with NYX Wildfire- not quite the pretty peppermint colour in the video, but very easy to do! I’m now on the hunt for the perfect icy mint green
Thanks Marlena!
Hi Marlena. You mentioned you were going to put the link to Erica Lei/Lay 777, but I didn’t see anything. Are you going to post it later? Just curious….great make up colors! I’ve worn brown and green before and got several kudos!
Beautiful look, Marlena! That mint green is beautiful – and I really like that lip color on you! =)
I love the look you are so beautiful, could you tell me where you got your ring?
nice spw
nice show
To Andrea: RE: What to use underneath your eyes to minimize fine lines… I’m 47 and I bought the MAC Paint Pot in Soft Ochre. It’s light in colour and more yellow than the Painterly Paint Pot Marlena always uses. I find the Soft Ochre matches my skin colour more. Anyway… I bought the Paint Pot to use as an eye base on TOP of my lids but funny thing is I also started putting it underneath my eyes to use it as a concealer and for me, it works great. It’s not as thick as some other concealers and it helps minimize my wrinkles there. I then use a little bit of powder fluffed overtop it to set. See if it works for you. Go to your MAC counter and ask for a sample. They’ll put a little bit in a small pot for free and you can try it out at home for a few days without spending any money in case it’s not what you’re looking for. We all have different fine lines and problems underneath our eyes and what works for me may not work for you. You have to test it out for yourself. Hope this helps.
To AnnafromCanada: Thanks I will try this!! Next time I find myself near a MAC counter. Soft Ocre Paint Pot.
Andrea
you know what other candy would look good. Those chocolate covered cherries. That would make a dramatic evening looked a deep red or dark pink smoked out with chocolate browns.
I hope it works for you, Andrea. Drop me a line on this thread to let me know!!
i love the bronzer vid on the utube- extra helpful for those of us who are pasty white and proud!!
I think it’s great. You are an amazing makeup artist. Well it’s to much makeup for me but I really like the effect.
Congratulations!
