This is really pretty! I am going on a little trip to a peoplesfestival that is in my city this week ( you know with parisweels, cotton candy, lots of stands that sells cheap things you only buy for fun, conserts and so on! ) And this makeup is perfect!

Hey, we all missed u very much, thanks for the tutorial… I have tried to master a neutral look for some time now, this helped a lot… There is a Barry M colour that I think is similar to your lid colour which I have never thought to try, so I’ll give that a shot!

Leslie – I use Almay Oil Free eye make-up liquid remover for my eyes and it takes everything right off!! Then I use a cloth make-up remover for the rest of my makeup. Hope this helps.

Gaby, Believe it or not, Mary Kay oil free eye makeup remover works very well. i use a microfiber cloth as it is very soft and reusable. Just be sure to moisturize your eyes when you’re done.
Marlena – love the tutorial. So glad to see you back.
Gabby – I use baby wipes to remove my makeup. Another tip – blot a cotton ball with some olive oil, then take the eye makeup off. It’s not harsh at all.

Hi marlena, definitely missed your tutorial postings, so glad you put up one today. The makeup looks great and simple to apply, and I really like how close the camera zoom was on your eyes as you demonstrated the application, it was definitely an improvement on the previous tutorials!
I would love to see your take on Kelly Rowland’s makeup in the music video “When Love Takes Over”…she has some beautiful eye makeup on in the scenes where she is in front of the orange background. The makeup is dramatic but she looks great!

You have totally inspired me! I was a Make-up artist before I got married and LOVED it! But between the stresses of “life” and adopting my beautiful daughter I have to admit I fell into a “Mom Look” rut. But after watching your videos and all the amazing information on the site I have bought new make-up and colors and am back to trying new looks and styles.

I know I’m a little bit late on this but i was wondering about one of your tutorials from about a year ago. It’s about NYX tutorial: natural look for teens. My skin has from a medium to dark tone to it and i was wondering if I would be able to pull off the look. I’ve never worked with pinks before so I’m not sure if it would be too much of a light color. I love all of your tutorials. Im sort of on a budget and i was wondering what eyeshadow primer and foundation you would recommend. I’ve been using NYX cosmetics for a while but i can’t seem to find a flattering eyeshadow color. I’m Filipina so I have medium skin color with a yellow undertone and Im not so sure about the colors that I should use. Also, what lip color would you recommend? Thanks! You look beautiful as always!

I love all of your videos but unfortunately i cant afford the higher end brands like mac and urban decay. I was wondering if you could do a video on NYX cosmetics. Ive been using them for a while and they work great for a low price. I know youre probably busy and have so many things going on but i would definitely appreciate it. Thank you for all of your videos. I love watching them and learning more and more. And i also love this look! I really cannot wait to try it out! Love the look! And again thanks!
Hey glad you are back ! hope you had a great trip ! ( as it appeared in your video hehe ) anyway, this is a go to look for me as well but typically I use a prestige pallette I have and get almost the same effect when I combine the two peachy shimmery colors. gorgeous summer everyday eye !

I’m surprised no one has commented on this yet, but the lighting in this video is really excellent – the colors are more true to life, and the whole application process is easier to follow.
The background is great too. Love the pink – it’s bright but less distracting than the curtains. I do love the curtains, but again the single-colored background is less distracting.

I start to search on the net and find marlena, in “MAKE UP 101 HOW TO APPLY EYE MAKE UP”

to GABY, try L’OREAL eye make up remover, the one with 2 layers and u shake it before use… I tried neutrogena, maybelline, the body shop, baby oil, olive oil, but only this one works for me… I use thick eye make up fyi..

Marlena…I have to admit, you are my absolute favorite! I have used so many of your tips. I stumbled upon this tut, and thought it was interesting, since this is actually my go-to look as well! I actually use a little different variation, but I abs love it. It’s either UDPP or MAC paint in untitled (makes it a bit more shimmery and actually makes the brown look a little like satin taupe), depending on how I feel, Arena all over lid and Saddle in crease, with either UD 24/7 in 1999 or fluidline in macroviolet, with Diorshow Brown mascara. It makes my blue eyes sooo blue. Thanks to you I have perfected my crease work, thanks soooo much for all of the great tips you beautiful gal you. <3

I have a question about using liner/mascara on my lower lash line…
Every time I wear liner or mascara on my lower lash line, by the end of the day, my lower lash line is dark and smudged and I look very tired. Is there any way I can keep my liner from seeping down and making my eyes look terrible?
