Makeup Geek Hits The MAC Cult of Cherry Event

Now, you’ll have to wait for the 21st of August. That is, unless you want to buy some on eBay from the sellers looking to make a quick buck. (make sure the seller has a good reputation)
Here’s the three quads from the collection — just a few of the things I got last night. I’ll post swatches soon. Keep checking back

Ooooh…that Cult Of Cherry lipgloss is purdy! I was real excited about that one from the descriptions I’ve seen, that’s a must get for me
I like the Shadowy Lady quad too…I love my dark e/s colors! I’ll have to swatch that Tempting quad though, me and yellow based colors don’t always get along. If that green works on me that’s a must get too.

Looks like you had a lot of fun! i”ve been to a few of those makeup events and i love them! lots of energy! The shadows are beautiful and I loved the lipglosses. by the way, i live about 20 mintues away from that mall and it’s called “the somerset collection”. it’s wonderful. I don’t have that much mac but the litle i have i always buy from a counter inside a department store. i’m going to go to the mac store (it’ll be my first time in one) and check it out. I really want to try out some mac pigments. anyway, thanks for sharing, it was a really fun video.

for the Spiced Chocolate Quad, is that bottom left color anything like cranberry and the top right one like firespot?

Hey Marlena. Thanks for showing your haul. I am immediately drawn to the Spiced Chocolate Quad. However, the more I look it at the more I think of Bold and Brazen from Starflash, Cranberry and Embark. Would these be dupes or are they quite different? Thanks.
They all look great. I never knew you had swatches of so much color. Thanks, this is very helpful since MAC color chart isnt up to part. I hope when you have time you can post swatches of lipsticks and blushes as well

OMG! I love Spiced Chocolate Quad & Shadowly Lady Quad!!!! That blue is beautiful! Just to bad I can’t get myself to but any MAC. When I was out in Vegas they have a MAC store in Forum Towers…and I was soooooooo tempted! But it too expensive for me. But loving the colors!
Marlena, I found a MAC store and I am so excited and it is just 30 minutes away!!. However, the quads do not come out in Tenn until the 21st :-(.
