I LOVE this look! You look so pretty! You and your hubby are adorable by the way!
I really want to get this quad. My MAC counter is out of it at the moment, but I hope they get it in soon!!
Hey Marlena! I LOVE this look….I tried it with the bronzy color on the lid and it didn’t look so good on me…I’m excited to try it this way! I had a question b/c I don’t have either of the p/p that you’re talking about. In the beg. of the tut you said you were going to use Indianwood, but then after you talked about the dark brown one you said that you used rubenesque (sp). I was just wondering which one you used so I can try it! Thanks! You are awesome!
I had been looking forward to your look using the spiced chocolate and I have to say I LOVE it.. I will definitely wear it for school on Monday. Thank u so much for making a makeup geek out of me. U r an awesome teacher!!
P.S. U and Nick make a beautiful couple!! Thanks Nick for being a sport and listening to the masses on their request.
love it marlena! im gonna try this look
I love this look on your eyes Marlena, with this colours we can see they are green and beautiful !
And I don’t think the dark lipgloss makes you gothic, it’s nice, really
Thank you very much for this tutorial !
I love this look. But I think, i should make it lighter because I have a dark skin. You mentioned about the cream base as a highlighter. Is it the Improper Copper or Hush for my skin tone?
Thanks Marlena..
you made the makeup better than that in the picture…
thanks for the tutorial ..
I will try it…
thanks again for making the tutorial for the look that I requested..
really AWESOME one.
WOW! Thanks for this one, I love it. Your hair looks amazing-really really healthy. Can I be nosy and ask what you use?
Merci Marlena j’aime toujours autant tes tutos !! Thanks !!!
pretty pretty pretty…. luv this look… hey are those liners from urban decay really good…i have the hip cream liner but it stays for a few hours and all of the liners i’ve tried run to the sides of my eyes… uggghhh… can you suggest one for me… i even tried the waterproof styli style one and nothing…. so frustrated…. plus i live in hot weather …so thanks if you can help …
Beautiful tutorial as always Marlena, THANKS! You two make a GORGEOUS couple!! ahhhhhh.
I really like the Urban Decay ones- they stay on for me, but for some they dont… I would possibly try Bourjois Waterproof eyeliners.
Sorry everyone about the paintpot mixup- whoops! I used Indianwood for this video, but was hoping to find my “Constructivist” one- it is a nice brown color that would bring out the dark brown in the quad. You don’t have to have that specific paintpot- painterly would work fine too, you’ll just need to pack on a bit more color on the lid
I love this look!! I used it for a date night with my husband lastnight. It turned out great. My daughter commented before we left that it really made my eyes pop. I don’t have the Indianwood Paint Pot …yet, so I used Fresco Rose and I really liked that under the brown on the lid.
Just check how proud that husband is! Look at his look, he’s melting out of happiness!
i love it!! you look awesome
love your hair, What kid of style n color is that n ure bangs???…..lovin the eyes
I loved this one! I had to wait an hour and a half for it to load…..and it was way worth it! :] [ Dial up internet at work]
Marlena–You are as beautiful as ever. Love this look. Thanks for the dups.
I really want that quad but I’m stuck at home because of the hurricane aftermath. I think I will try this look when I go back to work. I have exspresso, cranberry, coppering (with expensive pink maybe), and vanilla. I’ll let you know how it turns out.
I love the look! You are so talented, and you guys are adorable! I’m not brave enough for this look yet, still perfecting “natural” tutorial
WOW… I love ? this look..!
BTW your tutorials are simple THE BEST ones out there…keep them coming with the
“ingridient” list and where to buy…
HUGZ,
Ruby
Hey Marlena,
I absolutely adore this look!! I have been wearing it for the past three days. It’s such a great fall look, I love experimenting with make-up and trying out new looks. I have a quick question, when ever I try to take pictures of the finished result, they come out kind of yellow or orange. What kind of “environment” is the best for taking make-up pictures?
Thanks a bunch and keep up the good work.
Jessica

Just found you and watched this tutorial….love it! You are very talented and extremely beautiful! Thanks for giving me some great tips and inspiration to get back in front of the mirror and put on a happy face
. I am 9 months pregnant and have -for the first time in my life-been too tired to spend a lot of time putting make-up on. I am currently trying to find a “look” that is beautiful, quick to apply and not overly done to use as a new mom and for the infamous hospital “first mommy and baby pictures”….I refuse to not have any make-up on for this pictures. Do you have any suggestions?
Hey My favorite Make Up Geek,
I was wondering if you would ever do a tutorial on a complete full coverage foundation tutorial. Your skin looks flawless, I would love to know how to create a fresh palette with foundation and primers so that the color can be added. Thanks so much ! Stacy Z. from Texas !
One of my favorites…beautiful as always!
Hey Marlena! I am a huge fan of you! I was wondering if you could make a tutorial on how to make your nose look smaller with make up…I heard there were cool make up tricks to help make it smaller, and I was hoping you would know the secret! Thanks, and you are amazing! PS-you are beautiful! =]
