Finally a new video!! It’s been a while since the last one.
Anyways, you look very beautiful Marlena
Do you have any alternative suggestions for the camel shadow? MAC perhaps?
MAC Saddle, maybe?
Love it! Im trying it tonite!
Its awesome.. but no alternatives were put up
I have no bobby brown stuff.. and it is darn expensive
A different technique – makeup and video. Wonderful! Nice evening look for fall
LOVE the blooper included…shows an even more fun side of u!
Just love watching your tutorials! You keep them, short, simple and to the point!
great video! i’d love to know what other bobbi brown colors you had in? that pallette. Or maybe you could do a bobbi brown look? love you as always marlena!!
luv the look am soo gnna get that camel eyeshadow its sooo prety and trendy !
thanx for the tutorial
I know you told us in an old video but I’m curious….what is the hair color your using now? I really like it.
I loved the it..
Love the look and colors, but is that a palette from B.B? or do they sell it each eyeshadow individually?Or what colors are similar from the ones you use with MAC? I also didn’t see any inexpensive alternatives ,would you please list some ?Thank you soooo much! I really love your tutorials and I’ve been following you for over a year,Thank you!!!!!!
love
joselyn
All three shadows are sold individually ($20 each), but I’ll list some ideas for MAC alternatives, too. (These are guestimates based on swatches on the Bobbi Brown and MAC sites.)
Camel = MAC Saddle
Cocoa = MAC Folie
Mink (dark brown) = MAC Handwritten
If you live near an Inglot store, or you can order from them online (inglotusa(dot)com for US; inglotaustralia(dot)com for Aussies), you can buy eyeshadows from their Freedom System for $5 each (a three-space palette is $6… $21 total before shipping, just about the cost of one BB e/s!). I’ll list (possible) dupes from them, too.
Camel = Inglot #51 (though it’s an AMC finish, which is a shimmery/glittery one, it’s likely a closer match than the mattes I looked at, and even then, it’s still not quite spot on)
Cocoa = Inglot #344
Mink = Inglot #326
I’m not listing dupes for Soft Peach as you’d substitute it for an eyeshadow colour close to your own skintone.
Doll you rock!!!!
Great job Marlena!
and are there any dupes for the camel eyeshadow? i love the berry lips and blooper was hilairous!
keep up the fantastic job!
what bobbi brown palette was that?
Try MAC Saddle? Or NYX Brown?
Beautiful and unique. I am a Twilight and Vampire Diaries fan so I definitely love this look.
Gorgeous look Marlena! Love the bloopers at the end xx
Beautiful, it really makes your eye color pop out. Love your hair color, would you mind sharing what color you used.
Very pretty look. I also like the technique with the eye pencil.
I own the 270 maxines mopp by leow cornell and I have to try this technique. I use that though for inner corners or use it as precise small shadow application
Hi! your nail look great, what are you wearing?
Such a beautiful makeup look!
I also love how gorgeous and chic your hair always looks in your tutorials.. would you mine sharing what curling iron you use to get such awesome curls? I try to get ones like that with mine but I just end up with a ton of crimps haha
You’re absolutely gorgeous Marlena ! <3
And this look is perfect for fall : love it !
LOVE your tutorials, this look looks great on you, don’t like the colour of the lips though with this eyeshadow.
Awesome. You look great Marlena! Though I think that the eyebrows aren’t done very well.
Hey girls,
thank you for your help with uploading the videos to your website. But people from germany can’t watch your videos because youtube forbids the music in the videos in germany
So even if you upload it here, we can’t watch it
very sad greetings from germany

Wow I love the look and your bracelet! Where did you get the bracelet?
Black black is pro? Would love alternatives!
No alternative products?
I would love for you to post those inexpessive alternatives.
i’m finding that the color buck from the Urban Decay Naked palette is a decent alternative to camel…i never buy bobbi brown, but i may have to now!
I agree, Melissa. It does look like the color Buck!
look so beatiful!! by the way I’ve been watching the tutorials and everything like 2 years ago, but yesterday I watched some of the first tutorials you made and WoW you really change in a good way, you look amazing, but something I personal like is that you may change the way you look but, the way you are still the same (lovely) and that’s cool
Hi, I wonder if you’ve ever used the makeup Forever Camoflage kit? Is there a less expensive alternative that’s good? I’m getting to ther age when I need help but i don’t know how to use these kits. Could you consider a video, or maybe you’ve done on, and can give me the title. SO many questions, so little time:) THANKS!!!!
Marlena, I noticed in older videos that your freckles seemed to show more. Did you do something to lighten them or remove them, or is your foundation fuller coverage? I have similar coloring and sometimes it is frustrating to not get that flawless face! Thanks for your help!
Hy Marlena ! I have a quick question
If you could answer me, it would be amazing. So, I’m going to a wedding next Saturday and I was thinking a light-brown smokey with a little bit of deep purple. What blush & lipstick/lipgloss should I wear? I was thinking peach maybe..but I’m not so sure.
Thank you!
EI recreated this look with a color very similar to the camel one from my 28 neutral pallete. It wasone of my favorite looks from MU. Good job marlena!
What is the nail polish color you are wearing? I like it!
Love the “vampy” look. Also really like the background. You always change it up, I never know what to expect!
LOVE this look!!!! I have such an issue with upper liner tho… I can only go a quarter of the way in from the corner, because it TICKLES!!! and makes my eye water…. lol any suggestions or does it just take time?
I tried this look with 120 pallete 2nd edition, the camel color maybe a shade lighter but if your light to medium skin tone, it works well.
Berry beautiful!
Hi everybody,
I have a question about false eyelashes. How do you clean them???I mean, how do you remove the glue and the mascara without damaging them???
Marlena, this is gorgeous!! I’m a fairly new MUG fan and I love all your work
Can you suggest an inexpensive alternative for the berry lipstick you used?
I never ask, but what is that nailpolish?
what is your hair dye color ?
Why are the last videos never uploaded at vaddler?
I LOVE this look and I really want to try my own version but with Marlenas help!
Unfortunately I am not able to watch the you tube upload…

Hi hi. I’m not new to the make-up addiction but the one problem I keep facing for my make-up is my skin does not like make-up. I’ll be getting ready for school and be looking all cute and adorable, but in an hour or two all my pores are showing on my face and the grease returns on the t zone. Is there any info or tips on how to keep my make up on my face??
Have you tried MOTIVES COSMETICS?? Check the ingredients… if you need further info let me know.

Love the pics, very excited for the mirror
Hi hi I’m not new to the makeup addiction but i keep running into a porblem. I love to wear makeup but my skin on the other hand does not. For example when I’m getting ready for school I’m all cute and adorable then an hour or two later my pores all show up and the grease returns in the T-zone. I don’t know what to do. Does anyone have any helpful hints and tips for me so my makeup stays like it is suppose to.
I’m not a professional but my suggestions are to wear a primer, wear a matte foundation for your oily t-zone
Love this look! thank you Marlena.
Love the look, but the browns would match my skin tone and it would just look like a basic smokey eye :/ Any suggestions for ways to do this look for the brown skinned makeup geeks like me out there?
Wait, I cannot fathom it being so srtaghitforawrd.

Where’s the alternative cheaper dupesss???
I love the look!! would look great with a neutral top and bold accesories!!!
I just can’t pull off wearing berry lips, it always makes me look older and my skin looks dull.
Any suggestions on lipglosses, lipstains or tinted lipbalms? (I happen to have a thing against lipsticks… i feel unconfortable wearing them :S) I have dark brown hair, black eyes and medium skin (MAC’s tone is NC 30)
Greetings from Mexico!!
Hi Marlena,
I love this look! After watching your tutorials and reviews for a little over a year I feel so much more confident with my makeup! Quality makeup and knowing how to use it makes a huge difference and I feel so much happier with the way I look!
Oh my gosh! I’ve been coming to this site for a while now to get ideas for looks and have always loved the results. I even did my bridal makeup with help from the site. But I have to say, this new fall look is probably my favorite of all! I just love it! Thanks so much!
Please Please Please if you can make this into a kit!! =)
loving the new look! wow you are looking gr8!! Pllls I need some advice, i am Bristish, moved to Spain, and in the heat my skin is so oily and sweaty!! I am working long hours and have really black eyes. Can you help with advice for a natural look that stays put in HOOOOOT countries??!! please help

Hello. FYI-for those wanting the actual Bobbi Brown #05 Camel e/s, it has been discontinued however, there’s still some in stock while supplies last @ Macy’s & Bloomingdales (online & in stores).
Looks so good! I will try to get the look.
I have watched almost all of the videos. Bought recommended MAC brushes and keep trying to make a decent make up but I just get a mess on my eyes and nowhere near of make up.
i absolutely love this look!! it’s amazing! i was just wondering if you could suggest good cheap products that are some what the same color.
Hey fellow makeup geeks…Does anyone know of a good substitute for the camel shadow that is fairly inexpensive? I love the color for fall and have nothing like it, but it’s a little pricey for a look I wouldn’t wear all the time.
Thanks!
