I hate palettes.. i have NEVER bought any.. i think they look tacky and wear bad (packaging) but these colors are gorgeous!.. you cant beat the price either.. looks like im a convert=)
Yay eva! Join us on the other side. I think if you did get this palette it would justify your reasoning to break your non-palette streak easily. Plus, you are also getting 2 liners & a primer. That’s 19 individual items for under $50. it don’t get any better…

This is for randomperson242 below this post. YES it is always worth it IMHO because you get what you pay for and if you want to try a better quality of product, it’s gonna cost a bit more. The staying power and pigmentation of a quality product can’t be beat…with or without a primer. I’m not saying that drugstore makeup is not good because I wear some of it too and I’ve found great little things even in the Dollar Tree! BUT if you want to upgrade and play around with something more then I say go for it and try a more expensive brand like Urban Decay or MAC to experience the difference! Believe me, you’ll be hooked if you’re a true make up junkie like me! lol
I am really thinking about getting this one. My only apprehension is that 3 of the e/s (Half Baked, Twice Baked, and Flipside) and one of the pencils (Bourbon) were in the Get Baked set that I bought earlier this year. I do love those clors. But still have plenty. Either way, it’s still a good buy.

Sometimes it can look diffrent in the packet then on the eye.

Gorgeous colors! My only question is..how glittery is this palette? I bought the Wallpaper palette, and as beautiful the e/s are, they’re annoyingly glittery…I also own the Get Baked palette and love it, so I wouldn’t mind having more of them!
I agree with you I also bought a pallet and I really like the color, but geez the glitter is kinda too much sometimes.
Beautiful colors! I really want to have the U.D. Book of Shadows palette. But…I don’t know how to buy the palette because I live in the Netherlands (Holland) and we don’t have a Urban Decay store. So if you mugs have any tips how to buy the Book of Shadows. I really want to know!

love the baked and ammo pallette so i have half of these already….still kicking myself for not getting the book 1…i want it but dont really need it. the 24/7 pencil boxed sets look good too!

This is a lot of money for me but it is so pretty and I love the colors. But I won’t use the makeup that much. Just for fun sometimes.

I love this pallet! It has alot of nice colors in it that you could use everyday. I also like the fact that it comes with eye liner and a primer potion. I have never tried primer potion before, so it would be awesome treat to get this!! Thanks for sharing!!

In the Uk the Book of Shadows II cost £27, but I went to Boots and they had the 3 for 2 offer on.
So I got the Book of Shadows II (£27), the 24/7 Super Stash Glide On eye pencils (£18) and the Urban Decay Hall of Fame (£18) with the XL eye primer in. I just paid £45 for all of it. Bargain.
So if you live UKside, get yourself to Boots for the 3 for 2 offer.

Very pretty colors…this palette is a good way to try out a new brand if you’ve been wanting to do that. I prefer mostly M.A.C. eyeshadows, especially their satin and matte shades. I LOVE trying different brands especially if they have matte shades. So it was a big deal for me to break down and buy this palette with all the shimmer and glitter. So far I like nylon, one of the colors exclusive to the palette.
I was trying to do the monolid/asian tutorial with the urban decay book of shadows that you were using/ And I was wondering is that a different book than the one you have on your websited. When I received my book of shadows there was not a protest color, or the peachy shade that you used . i wanted to ascheive the same look as yours but how cand when the books are totally different. Can you please tell me where you bought your book of shadows so that I may buy it. thank you so much. I actually checked out all the UD palettes at Sephora. Some of them were too glittery but Book of Shadows II I must say is their best collection to date. The colours are gorgeous, everything I need for travel in one place. The eye pncils are a bonus with the primer. The shadows are creamy with a shimmery finish and don’t seem to have fallout like most glittery shadows. I wanted to switch from coastal scents palette to something some superior and decided to order this one at sephora online with a 20% coupon and free shipping. Its totally worth it!
