Overall Opinion:
I think they are great. Usually I use only gel liners, but sometimes there is occasions where I want to use liquid liners, and these are prefect for that.
Like said, they are extremely waterproof and what I’m most impressed is the intensity of the colors. I think I’ve never seen such a true and opaque black liner before. And that Alchemy is both glittery AND opaque is just great.

Hello! I am a recent follower of your website, and on Facebook. I love all your reviews and tutorials. But What I really want to know is how you get your eyebrows so perfect!?
~Arissa Kae~
ooh- I like the gold one!! I have to get some now
Do you like the tip- is it stiff and easy to use? That’s my only pet peeve with liquid liners- I hate when it’s all floppy
Great review!!
Ya I like the gold one too!
yeah i wanna get those awesome brows!
both look stunning !!!!
I love your looks both of you. I am always looking at what Jangsara does. I am more of a lurker and don’t usually post. But, I want to know how to wing out my eyeliner. I can never get it right. I don’t know if my eyes are just too down slanted at the outer corners or what. Can you show how you do it??
Wow, I can’t believe how smooth and opaque these are- when I saw the black swatched on the Illamasqua blog, I honestly thought that it was digitally enhanced- it’s so so black! On your eye, it almost looks like vinyl! Any issues with flaking?
BTW, your wing shape is phenomenal!
I agree with Jessica and Allison–the application of your liner is AMAZING! It’s so perfect. I never get my eyeliner looking that nice.
Ok, my only issue is if it dries out quick. It looks promising because the applicator dunks into the part with the liquid liner, as opposed to it coming through the spongey tip like a marker…
I use a mac fluidline faithfully, but I used to love liquid liners.. the only problem is how quick they dry out!!!
Let us know if they stay moist!
omg can’t tell ya how much am lovin both the colours………..loved that gold….that’s the real GOLD…….tabsolutely loving them….will google and order them online, tnx for introducing me to these products,….btw love your looks and your page <3
Dear lord you have good eyebrows girl, now I have eyebrow envy
.
That gold is gorgeous! I’m with Marlena- what’s the brush like?
This has my name all over it.
What a smooth application!
So beautiful!
You said they are a slightly thick formula, and I find that the MAC liners are like goo. Are they similar?
OOH! Sounds awesome!
Have any of you ever tried the Loreal lineur intense? It comes in a gold tube and seems very similar to the Illamasqua. It only comes in 3 colors, (black mica, earthen rock, & mineral gray) but it is fabulous. The black is fabulously black. The applicator is felt and not too long. It delivers a great wing and is sooo smooth. It lasts all day and doesn’t flake off. I know some of you don’t agree with some of the Loreal R & D policies, but the product is really great. The low cost makes it even better. Walgreen, CVS, and Sephora regularly run specials as well. PS the felt tip is also perfect to get a reaaly close line IN the lashes not just above them.
Hi, how is this compared to the Mac Gel Liner?
i want them both but dont knoe how to get them here in dubai
The gold is gorgeous!
I would love to know what mascara you’re wearing. It’s perfect!
Marlena,
Do you know when this will be available at Sephora? I have never ordered anything off the Illamasqua web site – I have only ordered their prodcuts from Sephora.
