But I still think that, for the money they're the best option out there. To get 88 vivid colors for $15-20 is totally worth dealing with a little bit of fallout, to me. I just do my eye makeup before my foundation and problem solved :P On the coastal scents thing… yes, their formula is a bit more chalky than the higher end brands, and tends to have more fall out as a result. There are a lot of similar looking palettes with different colors though, from what I found... the ebay member jolieeeee (or something similar) had one that looked the same, I purchased it at $9.99 plus $10 shipping. Will try to remember to post and review to see if it's similar to this.
