I think it’s one of those generic type brands, like most of the coastal scents palettes that can be bought on ebay through other ‘companies’. There are a lot of similar looking palettes with different colors though, from what I found…
the ebay member jolieeeee (or something similar) had one that looked the same, I purchased it at $9.99 plus $10 shipping. Will try to remember to post and review to see if it’s similar to this.
“BeautyBarginHunter” has a video review of this palette on Youtube. Looks like a great product, she is also wearing a look created from it that is really pretty. You can find it on Ebay by searching: 26 eyeshadow palette.

If this is like the Coastal Scents palettes, I wouldn’t recommend them. I know there are a lot of great reviews on Coastal Scents out there, but I don’t agree. They have great colors with quite a bit of pigment (in the darker and brighter colors), but they have LOTS of fallout!!!! That is why I think it is a waste of money to get Coastal Scents types of palettes. The fallout is horrible!!!
On the coastal scents thing… yes, their formula is a bit more chalky than the higher end brands, and tends to have more fall out as a result. But I still think that, for the money they’re the best option out there. To get 88 vivid colors for $15-20 is totally worth dealing with a little bit of fallout, to me. I just do my eye makeup before my foundation and problem solved
