Great nude lipstick

This is my first Makeup Geek lipstick and I can't wait to purchase more! With my pale, cool-toned skin, it can be very hard to find the right nude lipstick as most lean on the warmer side. This shade is actually incredibly close to my beloved YSL Rouge Volupte in Nude Beige...but for a quarter of the price!
These lipsticks are so soft and creamy, which is great for the lips, but because of this the lipstick seems to move around a lot in the tube when in use; I'm almost afraid that it may break from the packaging one day. Maybe it's just my particular lipstick (and it won't stop me from using it...I'll just use a lip brush if I have to because these lippies are great!) but I thought it was important to point out.

This became a staple in my makeup bag as soon as I tried it on. Great slightly cool leaning neutral nude pink. Very versatile; works great with a smokey eye or for a day at the office. The texture is creamy and moisturizing and has a finish similar to MAC's Satin finish lipsticks. Beautiful!

Perfect Nudey Pink

I am always looking for the perfect nude that has just the right hint of color so that I don't look washed out. Shy is it. It is great on its own and sometimes I fill in my lips with the NYX Lip Pencil in Rose before I apply Shy and follow up with the NYX Lip Gloss in Nude pink. That trifecta does not change the tone of the pinky nude and makes it last a lot longer. I have several of the MUG lipsticks and I think they are great!

Of the four MUG lipsticks I have so far, Shy is my least favorite. I had such high hopes for this one too.
I don't consider my lips "highly pigmented," but with this lipstick, if I want to get a true color out of it, I'd have to mute out my natural lip color. Maybe the shade is just too natural and subtle to see the difference on my lips with my skin tone (I'm quite fair).
Regardless, the quality is still great. It's smooth to apply and it doesn't sink into the lines or cracks nor does it feather or smear easily. I just wish wish WISH it looked different on me.

Got my package today & I used Shy straightaway. Creamy & longlasting & non drying plus I love the packaging & the clear top so you can see the colour. I can't wait to use the other colours!

I have just received my order and...I love this lipstick so much!!I love the natural color of it but most importantly, I love this creamy texture that doesn't dry your lips.Usually, creamy lipsticks don't stay very long but suprisingly this one stay forever!I am definitely planning to buying more colors!

I got my three lip sticks today and love the creamy texture and pigments that they all had, but I went on the swatches that were here that were not on the lips. ( we all have different tones in our lip color) And this one is nothing like the swatch. It is more like Darling with a slight pink tone to it. Wished it was more like the swatch that is here :(

WOW!!! I am in LOVE. This colour is absolutely stunning. A perfect mix of nude and pink that really complements your natural lip colour. I have never seen a shade like this. I will be stocking up on this lipstick. Very creamy and moisturising and looks absolutley gorgeous in pictures. Well done Marlena!!

This color is ALMOST a complete dupe for Tarte's Exposed lip color. The only different is Exposed has a slightly more peach tint and Shy is pink tinted. I wear Exposed as my everyday color...but I'm thinking I could switch to Shy if I use a peachy lip gloss on top. Great job!!

Love this color. Very creamy! Can be paired with many glosses so it is very versital. It's my go to color right now.
