My first time using lip stain, however I don't really see any colour. I will have to try applying a thin layer of lip balm first.

I ordered lip stains because I don't like wearing lipstick or lipgloss very much. It's too sticky and I hate that my long hair gets caught in it. I wanted color to my lips just to brighten up my face, but all the lip stains they have at Wal-Mart are more expensive than these and don't have a good variety of colors. The only problem I've had is that the stain dries out my lips a little bit, but I've noticed that's pretty common with stains. So I put on a thin layer of lipbalm and roll the marker tip across my lips to get the color penetrated through, and voila! Smooth, beautifully tinted lips that last for 6+ hours. Great color, good prices, will definitely buy again.
