  1. Great Shadow but Not for Me Review by Tara

I really liked the look of this shadow online, but the skin it was shown on in the pictures is VERY LIGHT. I imagine this is a really pretty color on someone pale, but I am fairly tan and it doesn't show up on my skin at all. Still, it is good for base coats and blending. (Posted on 10/24/15)

  2. regret Review by tatiana

its another regret from mug, paired with vanilla bean, they go in the trash. its a matte shade with glitter, looks awful on the eyes, it would be fine if it was matte, but this glitter ruins everything. (Posted on 8/17/15)

  3. Favorite mug neutral Review by Gloria

I is beautiful for a natural look all over the lid and blended out in the crease. I don't really like warm toned shadow so I use this for a bit of warmth in the crease. It is subtle but in the beste way possible. The slight shimmer makes it a radiant neutral but still usable in the crease. (Posted on 7/27/15)

  4. My new fave!! Review by Christa

Fantastic nude color for my light/med skin. Had no idea I would fall in love with a nude color!! Smooth, blendable, fantastic all on its own. Thanks Marlena!

  5. not impressed -- poor pigmentation Review by Elizabeth

I am NC25 and I find this shade was barely visible swatched or on the eye. I gave it away to a teenage family member starting with makeup.
OK if you want a no-makeup look with a "hint" of color. (Posted on 1/18/15)

  6. Not my fav Review by Kelli

This color is okay but when I use it in my crease I can barely see it. I have to build and build before I can see it. I'm a NW13 in Mac so if your fair like me and are wanting a nice brown crease shade, I wouldn't recommend this color. (Posted on 1/13/15)

  7. Good crease colour! Review by Kanwal

Its a great colour suits me & my sisters who are cheeky enough to "borrow" all my makeup geek products. Just as good as my Mac stuff if not better. (",) (Posted on 10/22/14)

  8. Perfect crease Review by Katie

I looove the shadow. I have creme brulee and the other tranistion colors... but this one is my favorite! The shimmer does not really transfer that I have noticed. (Posted on 1/28/14)

  9. Staple! Review by Nina

Love this shade- it is my everyday crease/transition/blender color. It applies gorgeously, like all MUG shadows I have tried, and has become a true staple in my routine. Paired with a shimmery lid color and a matte deep brown, like MUG Mocha, in the outer corners- this is perfect in the crease for paler ladies! (Posted on 9/12/13)

  10. Nice color Review by Annie

Great for a every day eye color. (Posted on 1/8/13)

  11. Most reached colour from MUG shadows Review by Eun hee

I have about 20 shadows from here and this colour is the MOST USED colour for me. I am not saying this is the most beautiful colour but rather a very good everyday colour as well as the most versatile. Love all MUG shadows so far. (Posted on 9/13/12)

  12. Amazing ! Review by Marie-Joële

Love this colour that gives me a healty look... it's a little darker then my skin tone so I use it in the crease with Beaches&cream on the lid... one of my favourites ! (Posted on 8/24/12)

  13. Great Color Review by Marianne

I am pretty fair skinned, so this was too dark to be considered a naked color for me. I do love to use it a as crease color or as a soft wash over the lid for the workday. Nicely pigmented, wonderfully soft, and a breeze to blend. (Posted on 8/10/12)

  14. Nice natural color Review by Krissy

Love it. Matches my light skin. Good quality. I use it on the lid w/latte in the crease and shimma shimma for tear duct and highlighter for a natural look. Or I'll do that w/corrupt as an eyeliner (Posted on 8/10/12)

  15. Love it! Review by Megan

It's very true to the swatch shown on the site, so order with confidence. Great color payoff and super easy to blend. How did I live without this shadow?? (Posted on 5/1/12)

  16. love! Review by Pink Star

I use this on my lids and it is a very nice skin tone color for me. great for blending also. (Posted on 4/29/12)

  17. Love it! Review by Hannah

I was surprised when I tried this one out, it is gorgeous on! It's got a light pinky undertone to it I think. Maybe it's just how it looks on my very very pale skin. Great for lid color and blending, nice color payoff too. This one may be my favorite!!! It's definitely one that I could use every day in so many different ways! :) (Posted on 3/29/12)

  18. more matte than shimmer Review by Angela

Looks shimmery in the pan but deff wears more matte which is good for a blending shade. It's a bit orangey for a nude colour. Good to add warmth to eyes. (Posted on 3/21/12)

  19. Great versatile colour Review by Kirky J

This colour is very unique. Comes out on my skin as a very light pink/taupe colour. I am light to med skin tone. Great just for over your whole lid or for blending other colous out. So glad I bought this one, very creamy and blendable. Marlena, you have won me over with these colours. (Posted on 3/20/12)

  20. Must Have Review by Erica

This is definitely a must have. I've used it for blending with multiple different colors and surprising looks good with all colors. It works good as a highlighter, blending, and even a good lid color for everyday. So far I've loved all of the colors in the starter set.
Thanks Marlena! :) (Posted on 3/8/12)

  21. Remarkable Review by Leslie

Being naked has never been more fun! Whether used as a highlight, in the inner corner or on the lid, no one needs to know how naked you are. Awesome color, multiple uses, absolutely stunning! (Posted on 1/26/12)

  22. Fav color Review by JJ

I was so surprised when I swatched this color, in the pan it looks like a very neutral tan but in reality it has a pinky tone to it. I think is my favorite color from Makeup Geek so far. I love neutral colors so this one gets 10 out or 10 from me. I really do believe that these eyeshadows are just as good as Mac, I don't think I will be spending all money money on Mac when these are so affordable with such high quality (Posted on 1/23/12)

  23. Good Neutral Color Review by laine

Awesome for blending!!! (Posted on 1/23/12)

  24. Absolutely in Love with Purely Naked Review by Adrianna

I love, Love, Love this color. Its a very beautiful neutral color. I'm not that big of a fan of colorful shadows. I'm a neutral girl and this shadow is my #1 favorite. (Posted on 1/18/12)

  25. Amazing multi-use neutral color Review by Stephanie86NL

I absolutely love this color! Its a beautifull mid-tone beige with tiny microshimmer. I use it for blending, to enhance the crease, or even for a quick nice wash of color on the lids.

Don't expect super frosty-discoball shimmer, but a lovely sophisticated and work-proof muted shimmer. (Posted on 1/11/12)
