Great color Review by Yesenia
This color is si beautiful the only problem is the formula, is different from the other ones i hope they fix it (Posted on 6/21/16)
Alright but would not buy again Review by Meka
I bought this one along with 6 other day wear shadows and this one was a bit disappointing. I'm lazy so I usually wear a single color on my lids as a wash.
The color is a salmon-peach color with some shine, its not super shimmery like the photograph. It was kind of chalky and you definitely need a primer for any color payoff. Needed touch ups often because the color starts to fade after 3-4 hrs.
Unless your fairly pale, this doesn't really show up on medium tones so I go for something darker if your not fair.
It works good if you have a cream base underneath it, the color is than a nice peach salmon and it last much longer. Overall, its decent t but I wouldn't really buy this again. (Posted on 11/30/15)
Love Review by Sara
Not sure why this shadow has such bad reviews! I thought that the formula was extremely buttery, a beautiful shade, and very pigmented. My only complaint is that you do lose alot of product when you drip your brush in the pan because it becomes somewhat chalky. However, the shadow doesn't apply chalky. Would buy again. nice, but.. Review by Inga
it is a beautiful color, but not buttery at all, this is the only one that should be reformulated from them all (27 MUG shadows that I have til now), use your finger to apply it (or a wet brush might help) (Posted on 8/8/15)
Pretty Color, Disappointing Quality Review by Kimberly
I love the color, I love the name, but the quality just isn't the same as the other ones. It's rough, chalky, and not very pigmented. I would love to see a reformulation of this one to bring it up to the high quality of the rest of the shadows. I want to love it! (Posted on 5/28/15)
Meh Review by Kristi
Oh how I wish this color had worked. I so wanted to love it. I love light pinks and thought for sure this one would be like Urban Decay's Alien or something. Unfortunately I was in for a disappointment. Even when I use primer, and believe me I use the best - Urban Decay's Eden - this color is like the "Emperor's New Clothes." It's just not there. You think you're applying it, but it just doesn't ever show up. I wasn't looking for a Cupcake style payoff - I'm happy with sheerer colors since I'm older, but this shade just didn't cut it. Should be renamed "Transparent" or "Invisible." Sorry Cinderella. Your Fairy Godmother failed you. (Posted on 4/27/15)
PRETTY COLOR! Review by Benita
This is a beautiful, shimmery pink shade that will work alone or as a transition shade! It is a SPRING/SUMMER must! (Posted on 4/1/15)
Oh so pretty Review by Christine
This color is beautiful...I do feel that the formula is slightly different on this eyeshadow and it isn't quite as pigmented. I know it is light in color but my other lighter colors seem to have more pigmentation. No biggie but I do have to use a little more product with this shadow. MUG has spoiled me with their other shadows in that I barely touch the product and I have plenty! Stunning color. (Posted on 3/2/15)
Stunning! Review by Avalon
I absolutely love this shade! I've had my eye on this and Cosmopolitan (always sold out) so I got this shade and I am in love! I live for shades like this that remind me of fairy tales and just "girly-ness". I'm a fair skin tone with green eyes and this makes them POP. Pigmentation alone is great, but add a primer and it's heaven. (Posted on 9/24/14)
New Favorite Review by Kalyn
I was slightly skeptical of this color when I purchased it, but the rest of my cart was darker/richer colors and I knew I needed something light to balance it out (I also don't need to wear a smokey eye everyday!). Since my order arrived, I have worn this eyeshadow with every look. This past weekend I went to a wedding and it was the perfect shade to smooth out my darker colors and brighten up the inner corner. When I run out, I will absolutely repurchase Cinderella! (Posted on 9/8/14)
not showing on my medium skin Review by DcMe
I wish this MUG website will have sort selections for :
1.suggested colors for "fair, medium, dark skin"
2. suggested colors for lid, crease and outer v
I bought this color and it turned out it is useless if I don't put it over a darker color like Simply Marlena and Mango Tango. (Posted on 7/18/14)
Pretty in Pink! Review by Orlena
I love love love this colour! It is very subtle but pretty! (Posted on 3/8/14)
Fairy tales do come true... Review by Seana
I was so afraid when I purchased this color...brown eyes and pink shades USUALLY don't do well together (unless you like that tired, cried all night look)... Woo hoo! That's NOT what happened when I wore "Cinderella"...Somehow, it made the brown in my eyes look richer...I don't know how that happened, but now, I'm ready to buy "Cupcake" and a few of the other pinkish shades...No more fears! And Seana's brown eyes lived happily ever after...ha! (Posted on 2/5/14)
So so pretty! Review by GHYW
I've used it over my entire lid and blended in Naked from the Naked Palette in the crease, and it gave my eyes a nice perk up. It's really smooth and pigmented, and I use it on the inner third of my eye, then followed by sidecar and hustle from the Naked Palette. It's a permanent fixture in my everyday makeup. I'm very fair though, so I suspect the pink may not show up very well on medium and dark skin tones. (Posted on 10/3/13)
Found another use for it. Review by Marion
In my previous review, I had said that there was no color pay off on my lids, but because I didn't want to just toss the eyeshadow, so I stored it and forgot about it. I lost my blushes recently though (oh the joys of being a mom to a toddler) and this shadow makes a beautiful highlighter/blush. It might be too shimmery for some, but I think it's just gorgeous on the cheeks. Not sure why the color isn't as magnificent on my eyes, but I'm glad I kept it.
If you purchase (or have purchased) this shadow, try it on your cheekbones. It leaves such a gorgeous glow effect! I like that some shadows can have multiple functions. Latte, for example, makes for a pretty decent bronzer/contour shade ;) (Posted on 9/6/13)
Subtle Review by Annie
Nice color, I usually wear it when I'm trying a more natural and subtle look. Very happy I picked it up. (Posted on 1/8/13)
love it! Review by Hera
I use this color with a lot of the other MUG colors like Bitten, Burlesque and Brown Sugar. Perfect for everyday wear. :) (Posted on 11/12/12)
No pay off Review by Osnat
This color just doesn't show on my skin, no matter how much i pack it on, even with primer, and I'm very pale... Might work for blending, but doesn't worth it (Posted on 9/14/12)
Girly & Delicate Review by Marianne
This is such a dainty pink. I layered this over Bobbi Brown's Pink Oyster cream shadow to boost the color payoff. It is a nice change from the typical vanillas, nudes, and beiges that I typically wear during the day. I have also used this with gradients of purple in the crease. After reading the reviews, I will be getting my hands on cupcake very soon. Wonderful formula, really pretty color. (Posted on 8/10/12)
Great everyday color Review by krissy
Very pale pink w/some shimmer. This will deffinetly be my everyday color. Perfect for this who don't like to wear a bunch of color and likes to keep it natural. A new favorite of mine (Posted on 5/27/12)
Beautiful pinky color... Review by Anne
I agree with the comments from the other persons... color is great as usual and pigmentation amazing but it is more "pinky" than the "peachy" colour showed on the picture...
However, still a marvelous product & colour.. (Posted on 5/24/12)
Definitely more pink on my skin than the swatch Review by Sandra
But it's still really nice. This has much less shimmer to it than most of the other MUG shimmer shades I have. It's more subtle. I've got medium toned skin and this shade shows up on me just fine using MAC Paint Pots & Too Faced Shadow Insurance. I especially like it over Soft Ochre and Painterly. It blends out gorgeously. Great shadow to have in my collection. If you like this one, you'll very likely love Cupcake. (Posted on 5/9/12)
Beautiful color - but pinker and less shiny than in pictures Review by Luiza
I really loved my MUG eyeshadows! Today I did a look with both this color and Unexpected. I really liked it because it looked subtle and delicate but it lasted all day long. I did my makeup this morning at 6am and it's now 5:30pm, I've been to the gym and it still looks the same! (Granted I used primer on my lids, but still - most shadows don't last that long).
I was expecting a really shiny color, but thankfully it almost looks matte to me. Totally wearable during day time. Really liked it! (Posted on 4/27/12)
beautiful but darker than expected Review by Eun hee
The picture of the pan shows pink/peach colour and looks fairly light but when applied its noticeably darker. Im medium tone and the colour looks m
more like Cupcake. The swatch picture with a mac eyeshadow shows the true colour of cinderella in my eyes. (Posted on 4/4/12)
I wish I loved it! Review by Marion
There's just no pay off with this color though. I wear a primer, I pack the color onto the brush, but it literally looks like nothing is happening, and I have such fair skin! I'm disappointed in this one, especially considering the raved reviews. (Posted on 4/1/12)
Beautiful shimmery ballerina pink Review by Kirky J
Beautiful ballerina pink colour. I wear this on its own for the day, and add a smudge of Ocean Breeze for a pop of colour for night. Such a pretty colour, very creamy. Love it!!!! (Posted on 3/20/12)
nice Review by Pink Star

Pretty! Review by Jazmin
This is a very shimmery pretty colour! It comes out a little bit more peachy than in the pan, but maybe that's just my white skin! Haha. But a very nice colour :) (Posted on 2/22/12)
Lovely! Review by Krysten
I really love this color! It comes across as much warmer, almost iridescent peach on my (very) pale skin. I bet this would be gorgeous on deep skin tones :) (Posted on 2/21/12)
Sweet! Review by Monika
This is such a pretty color. It is soft and feminine, fresh, and light. It is a great color for spring and summer time. I use it for blending or for all-over the lid color! (Posted on 2/1/12)
Very pretty! Review by Anett
Cinderella is a gorgeous color. Nevertheless it is a bit too peachy for my skin tone so I have to tone it down with a soft white color on top of it. That way the color becomes so so gorgeous, like OMG! I put Sensuous in the crease and I think this is becoming my favorite look.
Like Susan said already, they are really smooth and soft. Definitely comparable to Mac. (Posted on 1/10/12)
Adorable! Review by Susan
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these eye shadows! They are so smooth and richly colored. They also blend like a dream! Cinderella is a versatile neutral/peachy pink with just the right amount of subtle shimmer. (Posted on 12/26/11)
