  • beautiful until blended

Review by Angela on May 13, 2013

This shadow is goregeous in the pan and if patted on but once you start blending it fades to a matte medium brown. All Burgundy/Cranberry color and any metallic aspect blends away. Was so disappointed because it's beautiful in pan.
  • Great!

Review by Annie on December 25, 2012

I love this color! I've worn it a few times and the color is so rich.
  • Pop those hazel eyes!

Review by JustKristina on October 3, 2012

This eyeshadow is amazing!! I wear this everyday in some form whether its in my crease or just under my lashes! The color is so pigmented and minimal fall out!
All I need now is a matte finish burgundy and a very baby pink matte finish and ill be complete! I have like 28 of the MUG eyeshadows and all I can say is move over MAC, MUG is taking over!!! Great job guys!! Xoxo

  • Great colour for blue eyes!

Review by Kellie on May 17, 2012

I didn't know if I would like this colour on me when I first saw it in the pan. However, I now love it. I have blue/grey eyes and I use this in the outer v and crease. I think it really makes my eyes pop.
  • Cranberry

Review by Elizabeth on May 8, 2012

This is a great dupe for MACs cranberry, a tiny bit off but gorgeous! MUG eyeshadows are creamy and blendable... Def worth it!
  • Love it!!!

Review by Pink Star on April 29, 2012

one of my favorite colors!!! very nice with blue eyes!!!
  • Interesting color

Review by Kristen on April 24, 2012

I love burgundy colors with my blue eyes and pale skin so I had to have this one. The color isn't exactly as you would expect it to be but it matches my winter coat impeccably lol. It has this sheen to it that makes it easy to pair with sparkly pigments or matte eyeshadows ...I do like that it doesn't stain your skin like many other brands can with their reddish toned eye shadows. I really really like this one!
  • definitely grew on me

Review by Lauren on April 15, 2012

I did not expect to like this color at all - the true color is hard to explain... plummy, rich, slight shimmer, completely gorgeous. It makes my light blue eyes POP like no other shadow I've ever tried. I bought a few MUG eyeshadows, and this is by far my favorite.
  • Highly pigmented & very smooth

Review by Sandra on April 8, 2012

This is one of my favorite eye shadows, without a doubt. The swatch of this color is very accurate. I've used is as an outer corner shade, in my crease, and even as a liner over top of my Stila Smudge Pots or Bobby Brown cream liners. Works great for foiling & wet lining too. Very highly pigmented, easy to blend & smudge, it's got a gorgeous sheen to it as well. Not at all powdery or dusty, and I don't get much fallout with it either. Definitely one of my more often used eye shadows.
  • So Amazing

Review by Hannah on March 29, 2012

I was afraid to get this color because I have such pale skin, I was afraid it would be too harsh on me. But it turned out to be so perfect! Looks great with my green/blue eyes, really makes them pop!

Color is so rich and full, goes on nice and smooth. Very yummy!!!
  • Very unique colour - just stunning!!!

Review by Kirky J on March 20, 2012

I was tossing up whether to get this colour or Sensuous and I am so glad I picked Burlesque. I have yet to wear this but it is a very seductive bright plummy dark aubergine colour. It has a beautiful sheen to it and looks very expensive!!! It would look amazing on blue eyes. Great job on the colours Marlena, I think this is going to be a fave of mine.
  • Favourite Colour

Review by Lisa on March 1, 2012

This is my fav colour from the 17 that I recieved today.

I have swatched them and can't wait to wear them out.

Thank you so much for posting international. They all arrived in perfect condition, no breakages. Beautiful packaging, it was almost a shame to take them out and put them in the palette.

I will be back for more to fill up my palette, looking forward to when the new colours become available :)

  • Must Have!

Review by Krysten on February 21, 2012

If you have blue eyes, you need this shadow! Looks especially amazing blended out with Country Girl. Very creamy and not too metallic.
  • Love love

Review by Kristy on February 3, 2012

Just got this color yesterday, I loved it! Very pigmented. Very pretty. It used it with my black urban decay shadow (the one in the naked pallet 2) and it outlasted that it. Can't wait to try more, just hope their all the same quality :)
  • "Show Me How You Burlesque"

Review by Leslie on January 26, 2012

Christina and Cher have some definite competion. This color stands on it's own as a unique and captivating color. Watch out because this color isn't for the faint of heart with it's deep burgundy color. "Welcome to Burlesque", because once here...your hooked!
  • A-May-Zing!!!!!!

Review by DCurly on January 20, 2012

This color is unstoppable. The texture is so creamy and blendable. The payoff is so intense and true to the pan. By far one of my favorites of the line.
  • Great color

Review by Traci on January 14, 2012

This color is great for the crease and the outer V. All of the colors I've tried so far have been super pigmented and easy to blend.
  • Not as burgundy as I'd hoped

Review by Jailyn on January 10, 2012

This shadow is very smooth and very pigmented but unfortunately it looks more bronze then burgundy on my skin which is a shame because it looks lovely in the pan.
  • Beautiful color

Review by klh on January 5, 2012

This is a beautiful color but I was surprised to see that it's exactly the color of Face Atelier's Ic Burg which I already have. If I would have known they were identical, I would have chosen a different color. It is gorgeous though.
  • great

    Review by roxy481 on December 31, 2011

this color was so pretty! as a lover of purples and cranberry shades, i loved this in the crease for a more daytime look with moondust on the lid.
can be a big too much if not blended out well though
  • So pretty

Review by cami on December 22, 2011

This color is soooooo pretty. Not as powdery as the matte shadows. I did find that it was a bit difficult to blend out with a 217, but just take your time and it will end up looking pretty good. I love this color paired w/a copper color on the lid. Great color for Fall!!!
  • Love it!

Review by Stacy on December 19, 2011

I think this color looks so pretty I can't wait to try it!!! It is on my to buy list!
