This is a late review. I ordered this in Dec 28 2011.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this brush! Perfect for gel liner application, eyeliner blending, and eyeshadow application (under the eyes). Gives marvelous control, absolutely no fallout, or shedding!

A bit rough, but...

I thought it would be like a pencil brush, which it isn't.. It's very flat and stiff, and I find it to be a bit rough on my eyelids when smudging. However, since it's so small and stiff, it works pretty well for applying gel/cream eyeliner!

I have been looking for a economical smudge brush for a while but all the ones I tred wer too scratchy and would irritate my eyes. When I first got his one It was a little scratchy, but after I washed it the first time it softened right up. Now I love it!

This brush is an absolute must have! Doing wedding makeup for the mature bride is what I specialize in and this brush is perfect for applying accent colors on the eye, lipstick, softening eyeliner and for applying concealer without having any of it creep into fine lines. Definitely worth the purchase!!!

Okay, so am i the only one who was a bit confused? When i recieved it, this brush had "lip" labeled on it... I made sure it was in fact this brush.... anyway I must say, besides my confusion at first... this brush truly works!! just the right size, picks up enough shadow for the lower lash line, and easily smudges upper and lower eye liners also smokes eyeliners with a breeze! It doesn't require any hard work!! Truly a must have in my opinion! Like the MUG "outter v brush" I am also getting a backup! I never want to go without this brush! Must I say the price counts? It's a plus that I've noticed the MUG brushes are very well priced!!

I was expecting it to be a little bit bigger. But great for applying eyeshadow under the water line. It didnt shed what so ever. So i give ot a thumbs up!
