Hello my beautiful Makeup Geeks! I hope you all are doing really great and are enjoying your summer
Today I have yet another review for you and this time it’s on the L’Oreal Studio Secrets Magic Soufflé blushes. Even though these aren’t very new they are new to me, so I wanted to share them with those of you who may not have tried them yet.
These have a very nice mousse like texture that is smooth and creamy to the touch. These are easy to apply because of their whipped, soufflé like texture. They blend into the skin effortlessly and leave a nice dewy finish, but you have to be careful when applying it, as it will cake up if you put on too much.
The L’Oreal Soufflé blushes come in four shades: two pink, a rosey shade, and a peach color.
- #846 Celestial – Muted Rosey Pink
- #855 Angelic – Soft peach
- #840 Cherub – Medium Pink
- #842 Plume - Deep Pink
These give a nice subtle glow to the cheeks without feeling sticky like some cream blushes do. This quality makes them wonderful for people with more oily skin. These sell from $10.00 at Target to $13.00 at other drug stores depending on where you purchase them.
Pros
- Love the mousse texture- very creative.
- Feels smooth on the skin
- Gives a nice, natural glow to the skin.
- Glides on smoothly.
- Good container.
Cons
- Limited color selection.
- Can cake up if you add too much or don’t smooth the color out.

Overall I really like these! For the price you get a really good amount also. I hope this review was helpful for you in deciding which products you want to add to your makeup collection.
Stay happy and healthy, like always ![]()

Do the colors blend together well at all? Say, if you wanted to mix the peach with one of the pinks to get a peachy-pink affect or would it start to cake?
I loved it!!!
I’m posting looks from Los Angeles and summer accessories:

lol does no one mind the gavlaks spamming every single article?
anyway, the blushes look nice, thanks for the review!
Haha, I’ve noticed that, too.
and me, cheeky!
Do you find that they wear nicely throughout the day? Or do they start to cake and wear off?
I tried the Maybelline ones a while back, but they had an ingredient in them that made my skin itch after a while. I might have to give these a try.
L’oreal owns Maybelline so I would guess that they are quite similar.
Awwwww, okay. Thanks. That’s a shame, because these look like they have a nice matte or satin finish.
846 looks like a color that would look good on me for the summer. Are they sheer in application? I hope not I need great coverage even with my blushes.
Hello Marlena!
I thought I’d mention a product that is similar to the mousse blushes and the creme blushes!
Its by Maybelline and they are called ‘touch blushes’, they’re kinda like the creme ones because the application is similar but they aren’t as sticky and go on well like the mousse, I thought that you may be interested in giving them ago!

Great cosmetics. I found a lot of cool cosmetics with natural ingredients http://www.yves-rocher.com.pl/ online store. Are any of you familiar with this website?
