Have you tried the NYX HD Eye Primer? The consistency is nice and isn’t drying.

For highlight I LOVE benefit’s Highbeam and Sunbeam. I use the Highbeam in the winter months when my shin is more pale and Sunbeam in the summer

I really like Physicians Formula eye booster liner.  It is about 10$ give or take a couple dollars.

I would suggest trying that! I usually do.  I have oily lids so I just make sure to apply primer every time and set it with some eyeshadow. I hope that helps you

Do you apply Primer on your under eye area?

What works for me is, Maybelline dark circle eraser and Boi-ing concealer from Benefit!
