What about eye makeup remover? Would that dissolve the adhesive? Do you need to take special care when removing your eyeshadows not to touch your lashes? Do you have to use a glycol-free remover?

P.S. you also might try the Tarte Amazonian Clay liner. I’ve heard really good things about it, and they’re pretty budge-proof.
