ooo this is gonna be a hard one! i dont really have any orange shadows….just nyx africa and a couple peachy colors…and what am i going to do for those lips?!
I have loved orange since I read an article about a famous African American makeup artist who said he used orange e/s as blush for black women. I actually go more for the Raizin or deep corals and, depending on their warmth, they do look great on me. Been hesitant about putting it near my eyes until I looked at the color wheel and put it in the center of the lid for a purple e/s day.
Got any ideas on how to make the orange or coral pop more? I’ve seen some tuts on YouTube where the guru actually uses different color bases on depending on what color goes where…
Re-checked that color wheel because it didn’t seem write after I submitted it.
BLUE is directly opposite orange (hence the salmon concealers covering dark, bluish under eye circles). It’s the (tertiary) yellow-orange that is opposite the (tertiary) blue purple.
this is gonna be somewhat easy because i have some orange e/s…..cant wait to do it…
I don’t have much in the way of orange, but what I do have is NARS Mediteranee. It’s a duo shadow, and it’s pretty sweet. I haven’t used it in a while, so I’ll have to play around with it a bit to come up with something.

For the ladies that dont have any orange, what about trying to make it. That be a good challenge too. Using the color wheel to create the color. Just a thougth.
