I personally don’t like this. It is too frosty. Almost drag queen lookish. Also, wet n’ wild makeup is horrible quality. Just yuck all around. “A” for effort though
That’s rude. It may not be your taste or what you usually like but that’s no reason to put down someone elses preferences and work.

Hm. Maybe this was for people that dont like to spend alot of $ on makeup. Makeup that you obviously arent going to wear everyday. Wheres your makeup career & website?
I agree the comment is rude. the quality can’t be too terrible look at how nice it looks. you may not like the style but at least they are giving someone with less moeny to spend on makeup a tutorial on how to apply the cheaper shadows!
excuse me… that comment is mean and rude sure its your opinion but its an opinion you should keep to yourself…especially the fact when you said “just yuck all around”…i dont see how this is ugly this is BEAUTIFUL especially they used a drug store brand….who ever did this look it is truly FIERCE! I read through all the other comments about your post but even before I read their posts I thought this: “Here we go again with someone trashing the work of an obviously talented makeup artist.”
I think that often times people don’t think about how their words are interpreted.
I can understand you saying you personally don’t like it…. that is not the offensive part of your post. As was reiterated by numerous posters below.
And while you say you think drag queens look pretty fab… after saying two negative comments the drag queen comment naturally sounds like you are dissing drag looks.
The most inappropriate comment… as others have said was your “Just yuck all around”. It truly isn’t constructive and its mean spirited.
My response to you would be please work on how you word things and try to give constructive criticism with positive statements or suggestions, rather than opinions of “yuck” or just what you don’t like about it.
An example:
Great effort Tina! I really like to contouring, but I think I would have chose a more matte finish. Also in my experience Wet n’ Wild eyeshadow seems to have a lot of fall out. Were you able to find away to avoid fall out with this application?

Ziana, we use makeup for the purpose of creating different and some times unusual looks. That is why we r called Makeup Artists. So please be respectful to all of us.

Ziana, I agree with you. The look is not to my taste either, and does in fact remind me of a drag queen. Why people interpret that as rude I don’t know– drag queens are pretty fabulous and spend quite a lot of time to create their looks. I don’t feel that your comment was rude at all, the people here seem to think that anyone who disagrees about a look is” rude” or “nasty”. Anyway, this is a nice look for something VERY dramatic I suppose, but really seems over-the-top for a daytime or even nighttime look. Just being honest here.
Well your honesty is your opinion u may not wear it day or nite but someone else may, and that doesnt make it wrong, its all about personal expression, and the comment was rude, there is a difference when someone is just classless and rude and when someone can appreciate a makeup look but also know that its not a look for them,u my dear simply are not intelligent enough to know the difference, its real easy to pretend to be smart and pretty and knowledgeable from behind a computer screen but usually its easy to tell the fake unattractive, unintelligent, nothings from the rest, its in the words they choose and how classless and NOT smart they sound!
I’m absolutely disgusted that my response to this post, in which I attempted to be civil and justify my own opinion, got erased by the moderators along with the rest of “the know it all”s demeaning and rude posts, yet this pathetic and completely uncalled for personal attack is allowed to remain. I don’t very often allow an internet site to phase me, but when moderators encourage or neglect the formation of a hostile “community”, I’m certain not to return. You just lost a longtime customer.
Thank you! Yeesh! I did say PERSONALLY. As in it is MY OPINION. I never said she looked ugly. I’m not hating on her. I like well blended makeup and she did it wonderfully. I just said I didn’t like the colors or the quality of Wet N’ Wild makeup. And I agree that drag queens are pretty fabulous!
Ziana, I don’t think your comment was constructive at all. U can say that the makeup is not your taste without being nasty. And yes u were nasty…the YUCK comment was uncalled for. Simply saying that the makeup is not your style and too dramatic for you is just fine. Adding YUCK was extremely rude.

Even if you can not see yourself wearing it this look, you could’ve just left it at that Ziana. In that context, I agree with the use above, Me, adding “yuck all around” made an opinion/constructive post a rude comment.
Sometimes I think people tend to forget that everything you respond to on the internet was posted by another human being in the first place.

Although I love wet n wild palettes, I didn’t care for the look either. It was just a bit too frosty for me.
I would have used a different color for the brow bone but overall the young lady looks very pretty

Wow this look is beautiful. The “hater” is entitled to his/her opinion and to voice it in any manner s/he chooses. But “hater” keep in mind that others are going to respond in the same manner. If you dish then be able to take it. So here goes. The “yuck” is uncalled for and shows your ignorance. The drag queen reference was also meant to sting and again shows what kind of person you are. To put her down by also bringing in another element of society that clearly you have issues with. Also, her use of WnW does not distract from the creativity she achieved. Hint to the “haters” sometimes it’s good to think before you speak even when you’re cowering behind a computer screen.
Hey Tina did you mean to call this Snow Spite? Or SPRITE with an R? Ironic that there is so much spite so maybe you foresaw these responses.
Most of all the makeup i do is for stage work. So i think it would be just perfict for a stage performance. And i love the fact that u used makeup that is afordable too all. Just go to show that u don’t have to spend alot to get a great look. Great job!

Ya all should stop that! I desagree w all the people who think that agreen w the make up artist it’s helpful. We all have our own opinions and i agree w ziana. I PERSONALY don’t like this look at all. And to be honest I don’t like almost any of them. Y? Cuz they are all the same, just different colors, but same shape and everything… Just different colors.
