This is a bright blue look. To start, I applied Too Faced Shadow insurance all over my eye area, as well as on the lower lid area. Next, I applied Makeup Geek Neptune (a bright blue shadow), to my lid, my lower lid, my crease, and extended the shape out a bit to elongate my eye. I took Benefit Fancy Pansy (a light lavender shadow with a slight blue shift) and haloed it around the edges of the blue to blend out the edges of the blue. You could substitute Urban Decay Asphyxia. I used a bit of NARS Via Veneto black eyeliner at the outer upper lash line and lower waterline and outer lower lash line. I then applied Sugarpill Poison Plum along the upper lash line and outer lower lash line to intensify the color. I highlighted with Lost in Makeupland Faerie on the browbone, but any skintone highlight shade will do. I applied Sugarpill Stormy False Lashes to complete the look.Stormy Neptune,
