Start off with an eye shadow base.
Pick a red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink and white shadow. I used the Sugarpill palettes Burning Heart and Sweetheart.
Start with the yellow in the centre, making sure it goes over the middle of your eye. Pick an orange and blend into towards the inner corner. At the inner corner, blend the red. Now move onto the green and blend that towards the outer corner. At the outer corner, blend the blue.
Now create a cut crease with the purple and blend upwards, just above that blend the pink. Then apply the white as a highlighter.
Create rainbow lips by repeating the same steps as for the eye shadow on the lid only with lipsticks. For the lips I used Lime Crime Lipsticks
