Start off with an eye shadow base.
Chose a complimentary Yellow, Teal, White and two Purples. For this look I used the Collection 2000 palette, a Satin purple from YSL and a shimmery white from ELF.
Apply the yellow over most of the lid and then place some yellow under the lower lash line about half way across. Then blend the teal into the outer corner. Make a dramatic point with the teal shadow and bring some of it under the lower lash line. Take your lightest purple and make the basic half moon shape on your upper lid, just above the teal and yellow making a cut crease. At this point place some white under your eyebrows as a highlighter and blend into the purple. Then take the darker purple and blend into the lighter shade.Line your eyes using a dramatic cat eye look and use a teal mascara.
Optional step is to add a little yellow glitter near the inner corner and a little purple glitter on the outer corner.
Apply foundation, concealer and powder.
Use a purple based blusher on your cheeks.
Use a purple or purple based lipstick to match your eyes.
