Effie Trinket Inspired Look (Hunger Games)

1: Get a very light foundation that almost looks pale.
2: Apply a foundation primer.
3. Get a foundation brush and brush on your foundation.
4: Take a makeup sponge and pat and glide on the foundation to get rid of the brush strokes.
5: Apply a white powder or eye shadow to lighten the color up more and set the foundation.
6: Get a periwinkle(light blue) eye liner and use it as a lip liner.
7: Line your lips but make them look smaller but plump.
8: Put foundation and pat on the rest of your lips so it looks like they are small and plump.
9: Use your liner that you used for your lips and very lightly fill in your lips so it looks lighter than usual.
10: Add some shimmer the liner.
11: Apply a bright pink blush to your top cheek bones.
12: Apply a pink eye shadow up to your brow bone and connect it with your blush.
13: Apply false lashes if desired. No false lashes? Just take your favorite mascara and apply several coats so your lashes look long.
14: On your left side of your face next to the area you applied your blush, take some white eye shadow and apply it making a tiny circle and fill it in.
And you are all done! ;D
