It was at first, but with everything, it gets easier with time and practice
What did you use to create the scales? A liquid eyeliner pen, or something else?
I just dotted some gel liner on with a standard liner brush.
Wow, I absolutely love this! Not only are you gorgeous, but these colors are to die for and I usually use similar colors on myself because i have almost the same color eyes as you and it def makes them pop! but i love the red lips with it too, awesome job girl!
