How do u get the liner to stay put on the water line? I have used several liners and nothing stays for more than 5mins. I love this look and so many others that have liner in the water line but I can’t seem to make it stick. Any suggestions?
I USE MAC GEL BLACK EYELINER, maybe it will work for you too.
