Well, I was trying out my sample of Royal Sugar eye shadow from Sugarpill Cosmetics and was not to sure what other color would go great with it, its is such a deep blue I didn’t want to add “bright” colors around it, I wanted to keep that deep sense of color, so I decided to go ahead and apply some black to the crease and blended out. For my lips I used Lime Crime Carousel Gloss in Cherry On Top!
