how did you do the bottom flick? what did you use to smudge the line?!

I draw the line wit sigma e11 brush with gel liner, then I used 216 mac brush with a little bit of black shadow to smudge it down.
Do you have a blog or tutorial for Love #41 or Love #42 Bridal Chic. I love this look.
