Dramatic Look Entry:
This is my Makeup Geek Weekly Challenge Starter Kit look. This is a more dramatic look. I used the following shadows: Purple Rain, Shimma Shimma, Corrupt, and Unexpected. To define my eyebrows, I used MUG Eyeshadow in Mocha (Which I forgot to take a picture). I also used UD Primer Potion, Smashbox Photo Finish Primer, Sephora Smoky Cream Liner in Must Have, MAC Cremesheen Lipstick in Shy Girl, Revlon Photoready 3D Volume Mascara in Blackened Brown, Salon Perfect Perfectly Glamorous Lashes, MAC Blush in Style, MAC Extra Dimension Skinfinish in Superb, and MAC Matchmaster Foundation in 1.5.

This is the day and night look that I created with the MUG starter kit! Browns and bronze for my night look with baby blues and a daytime soft purple for springtime the eyeshadow color that looks great on any eyecolor! Both smokey eyes because they are my fav and look absolutely gorgeous on everyone

For the night look I used…

My apologies for the pictures, my digital camera decided to not work and so I was reduced to my webcam to snap pics . But I have to say that I’m absolutely in love with the Makeup Geek eyeshadows, the quality and consistency has always been the same and they are my fav eyeshadows! Alright. So i definitely need a new camera and hopefully i will get one soon! (graduation present!! lol) but right now the Iphone is the only camera i have to work with … I wish i had more time to do a natural glam look but with finals week i had absolutely none!=( but anyway! this is what i came up with=)

With corrupt mainly on the lid along with a little bit shimma shimma in the middle, inner corner, and brow bone this is what you may see here in this “not so sharp” image.

Cocoa bear is in the crease and and on my lower lash line along with corrupt of course… I threw some individual lashes on and mascara and thats pretty much it for the eyes..

 

I did use cocoa bear to contour my cheek but you may not see that so well.

 

and i was really bummed you can’t see the color truly on the lips… i used a nude lip color (Mac’s Sis) then i placed unexpected over it and in the center i used a little bit of shimma shimma as well as on the cupid’s bow…

Hi I hope my post will be accepted, i clicked on it before 10pm MST (midnight EST), at 9:59PM MST to be exact.  But it says I posted at 11:05pm?  Not sure why…

I forgot to include that the only eyeshadows used for both looks were the MUG starter kit shadows.  The glitter eyeliner on the inner corners is an ELF bronze glitter liner, and I used mary kay mascara, and ardell lashes, cut down to 2/3 size to only accentuate outer corners instead of a full strip.

OMG!! I forgot to include a picture of me with the products, I hope this will work, because I already removed my makeup and took a quick snap with my phone.  :(
