I just bought several Chi Ionic haircolor shades and am very happy with the results and how bold the colour has stayed despite multiple washings. I am interested in trying another brand, ie. Goldwell, Redken, Paul Mitchell, but do not know which would be a better choice. Does anyone have experience using these haircolours and what is your opinion?

I tried a few of the bright shades and was not impressed either. Let me know if you try anymore and what your opinion is. I like the  Chi Ionic haircolor, but the color selection is limited.

I do mine myself using loreal high color for dark hair. I’ve been using it for a little over a year and I love the results.  With it being red I need to color it every 4 to 5 weeks.  I use a 30 developer on the roots and a 10 to deposit color on the rest of my hair.

i have used Redken for a couple months and the color has stayed a long time. i dyed my hair a deep burgundy red and i went to the salon to refresh the color every month. Redkens new formula really takes care of your hair. it has some kind of pigmented oil or something of that nature that makes the color stay long. My ulta stylist recommended it and maybe you should try it! the color is amazing and brilliant. makes your hair look healthy.

Also there is wella. wells is pretty good too all though i dont think it lasts very long. it leaves a beautiful shimmering affect in your hair and makes it look healthy. i have tried all there red shades.. so red dosent last that long. but the shine is beautiful!!

    take care :)
