I’ve been trying to find a way to break out of my taupe/green rut and start using some purples. I came up with this look for a start. As always, I am open for CC. One question in particular. How can I get anything to stick to my lower waterline line? I’ve tried pencil and gel and I can barely get them to apply, let alone stay. I had some luck with patting shadow on top of a nc/nw MAC pencil, but is that safe?

This is so pretty!I I too find it difficult to keep liner on the waterline…well it is a “water”line haha. try waterproof gel liners. I use one by Maybelline..it works really well. I use it for my makeup clients especially brides. If I’m using a coloured pencil/gel that isn’t waterproof I find that setting it with an eyeshadow of the same colour makes it stay on longer. I haven’t had any problems doing that. If you cant get your liner to even stick to your waterline it’s probably the pencil, you need to use a really soft smudgy pencil :)
