Usually everywhere. Personally my t zone is a kind oily, so I tend to make sure that area is well covered, but you don’t need a ton of product or anything.

I use it everywhere. But a little tends to go a long way.

Depends on the primer and the purpose.

I have extremely oily skin, if I’m using a primer to help control that then I tend to apply it to the most oily areas of my face and blend out from there rather than applying it evenly over my whole face. However, since switching to BB cream I don’t tend to use primer anymore unless I want a really flawless look (as vs a “natural only better” one). However, I do use a silicone based primer just under my eyes and around my nose to help concealer go on smooth, prevent creasing, and help it last even longer, essentially the same reason people use an eyeshadow primer before applying eyeshadows.
